A/c diagnostic in sandy springs.
Heating maintenance in sandy springs. 1 system heat check. All components tested within normal manufacturing spec. System is heating normally at this time. Suggest compressor saver to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up which will extend the life of the system.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced filter, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Found bacteria/mold growth on evaporators coil and blower compartment. Needs evaporator coil cleaning/blower compartment area and uv light system. The system is cooling normally. The bedroom on the right is colder the. The rest of the home tested the temperature of the ceiling and it was 5 degrees colder than the rest of the ceiling. Room temperature is about 4 degrees colder.

1 system cooling early bird special. Replaced filter. Found mold and rust inside air handler. Found weak blower motor controller and burnt/ pitted main switch. Owner wants to wait. System is cooling at this time.
Zone 3. 1 system heating prepaid pm. Left filter for owner, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Replaced voltage absorption for heatpump. Needs uv light to kill the mold inside evaporator coil. Suggest to add surge protector for heatpump system. System is heating normal at this time
